In March 2026, the Round Rock Chamber of Commerce and the Texas-European Chamber of Commerce Foundation signed an agreement exploring "Casa Natal Picasso Málaga – Texas."
Then in July 2026, the cities of Round Rock, Texas and Malaga, Spain signed an agreement creating a five-year relationship. Ryan was part of the delegation present in Malaga, Spain for the signing by the Mayor.
The initiative brings Picasso's legacy from his birthplace museum in Málaga, Spain to Round Rock's new City Arts Center. Ryan Shehan Racing provides the visible motorsport bridge that turns that cultural exchange into a hands-on STEM pathway for students on both sides of the Atlantic.
