The people who become my Pathfinders are more than sponsors. They become close advisors who are willing to share their knowledge and expertise to make my entrepreneurial journey much smoother than it could have been. Also, because part of their sponsorship goes to Shehan Strong, they’re working to encourage other ambitious young people with their words of wisdom.
We welcome Michelle Howard, President of Complete Circle Consulting. I hope you’ll take a moment to watch the full interview, but here’s something Michelle said that really hit home.
Entrepreneurship is a mindset. It’s perseverance. And it’s up to you to go get the next gig. That’s your income. It’s hard work, but you have to keep pressing forward. It sounds hard, but later she added, This has been a very rewarding journey. We work hard every day. But like Michelle, we also believe in what we’re doing both on and off the track.
Thank you, Michelle, for believing in Ryan Shehan Racing. We’re excited to have you on our Pathfinder team!
Now that the halfway point in the FR Americas powered by Honda season has been crossed, the championship battle is beginning to shape up. Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport driver Ryan Shehan kept with his perfect podium record this season, claiming his ninth podium finish in a row and sixth-second place finish to accompany his two victories and a third in 2023.
Shehan, who started his season off hot with two wins, has been a driver to watch this season, proving his goal of making it to the elite world of the Formula One World Championship may not be too far away. After qualifying in second for race one, Shehan piloted his #66 car into the same position at the finish line while also picking up the fastest lap of the race, earning him the pole position for race two. Having to settle for second in race two again, Shehan took to the track for one last shot at the top step of the podium, fighting amongst his teammates in front and behind him. Ryan finished out his weekend claiming one last second-place podium Sunday afternoon.
After his sixth runner-up result in a row, Shehan still remains second in the championship standings, just behind his Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport teammate.
“I’m thankful and proud of the Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport team for my ninth podium result, a podium for each race this season,” expressed Shehan. “After six second-place finishes in a row, I’m definitely eager to get back on the top step of the podium and hopefully we can do so at New Jersey Motorsports Park in one month’s time.”
Shehan will return to the track in his Harrison Noel Team Powered by KW (Keller Williams) branded car in just over a month at the 2.25-mile, 12-turn road circuit of New Jersey Motorsports Park for the New Jersey Lottery SpeedTour July 28-30. In the meantime, watch in the coming weeks for a number of announcements off the track for Shehan for both his Ryan Shehan Racing company and Shehan Strong 501c3 nonprofit.

Entering the third event weekend of the FR Americas Championship Powered by Honda, Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport driver Ryan Shehan will take on the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course second in the series championship. With two wins and six podium results to his credit in the six wheel-to-wheel races this season, Shehan is just four points behind his teammate and championship competitor as the season reaches the midway point this coming Sunday.
“The goal is to win, regain the championship point lead, and be the hunted, not the hunter,” explained the aspiring F1 driver. “We set our goal before the season started to win the championship and are working hard on and off the track to achieve it.”
Ryan has a positive history at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, scoring two podiums in the F4 U.S. Championship series there last year, the first of which was his first runner-up finish.
“It’s a fun track, and I’m really excited to be back at Mid-Ohio,” explains Shehan. “The team and I are confident we have a race-winning car, and it’s always tough battling for that top spot with your teammate. But I’ve had some success here in the past, and I’m looking forward to more in the future.”
Set to hit the track on Thursday for test sessions, Shehan will take on official practice on Friday before the ever-important qualifying session that afternoon. Saturday will feature a single wheel-to-wheel race before Sunday sees the green flag fly for races two and three on the weekend.

It was a dominating event in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin for Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport this past weekend. Taking on the 14-turn, 4.048-mile facility, the championship-winning program racked up five race wins and 14 podium results in one of the most dominant performances in recent years including three wins, nine podium results, and a trio of podium sweeps from FR Americas Championship Powered by Honda competitors.
“It was a great weekend for us and total domination,” expressed Teena Larsen. “We have proven that we are the class of the field in both F4 and FR and look forward to continuing our winning ways.”
The most dominant of performances came from FR America’s competitor as Callum Hedge had a perfect weekend of results. Earning the pole position in qualifying, Hedge went on to claim the checkered flag in all three wheel-to-wheel races.
Qualifying Results Callum Hedge – 1st Cooper Becklin – 2nd Ryan Shehan – 3rd Bryson Morris – 4th Manuel Roza – 9th Kevin Janzen – 11th
Race one was a podium sweep for Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport as Hedge led the way against championship point leader Ryan Shehan, who was able to solidify a second-place finish. Cooper Becklin joined Hedge and Shehan on the podium to put a trio of Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport drivers on the box. Narrowly missing the fourth position on track, Bryson Morris was fifth, with Manuel Roza and Kevin Janzen crossing the line seventh and 12th respectively.
Race two saw much of the same as it was Hedge that was once again at the top of the results sheets as the top three spots remained unchanged. It was Shehan who crossed the line in second, earning his fifth podium result in as many races with Becklin close behind in third. Bryson Morris improved from fifth to fourth in race two to make it a one, two, three, four finish for Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport drivers. Roza added another P7 result, while Janzen drove to ninth, putting all six Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport drivers in the top-ten.
A carbon copy from races one and two, race three saw Hedge make his third trip to the podium in as many races over the weekend, with Shehan and Becklin following suit in second and third. Sweeping the podium in three races over the weekend solidified Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport as the clear leader in the FR Americas Powered by Honda Team Championship. Manuel Roza had his strongest drive of the weekend to finish fourth, while Morris put five team drivers in the top-six with a P6 result. Continuing their presence in the top-ten, Janzen added another ninth-place result to close the weekend.
Larsen added, “Amazing performance by the team and our drivers. Three wins, nine podium results, the driver and team championship point lead. We are already looking forward to the next one.”
Less than a month to the next wheel-to-wheel action, Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport will shift its focus to the June 22-25 event at the famed Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio. FR Americas Powered by Honda, early championship points leader Ryan Shehan returned to the podium this past weekend alongside his Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport teammates at Road America. Shehan claimed three second-place finishes and the Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport team dominated in the series this weekend, confidently securing the team points lead after a full podium sweep in all three races.
After scoring the third-fastest lap in a qualifying grid of twelve drivers, Shehan crossed the finish line second after a completely green-flag race. His speed in race one earned him a second position start for race two, where he claimed his next second place trophy of the weekend. Starting third in his final race, Ryan completed his trifecta of podium finishes, claiming his third and final second-place result and keeping himself in strong contention for the overall series point lead.
“I’m really proud of this weekend’s results,” explained Shehan. “It’s great when the Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport team can take all three spots on the podium. My teammates and I will continue to push each other to excel every single time we’re on the track.”
Joining Shehan in the paddock this weekend was his Keller Williams Realty family.
“It was great to meet so many Keller Williams agents in person,” he said. “We recently partnered with the Harrison Noel real estate team in Austin, and instantly became part of a huge referral network. This was the first event we’ve hosted where the agents could come out to the track and get the full racing experience as our partner.”
Tricia Brost, CEO of KW’s Brost Group, had this to say about the event, “We all had such a fantastic time. World Class Day!”
When Shehan introduces prospective homebuyers to Keller Williams agents anywhere in the country, they’ll know they’re in good hands with a highly qualified real estate agent. And, they’ll be supporting the Ryan Shehan Racing team and Shehan’s nonprofit, Shehan Strong.
If you know of someone who is looking to buy, sell or invest in real estate in the U.S. or elsewhere around the globe, the Harrison Noel Team will help you.
Shehan will take a few weeks off and be back on track at the Mid-Ohio Sportscar Course in June for the FR Americas third round of the season. The field will hit the track Thursday, June 22 for testing and conclude after three races the following Sunday afternoon.

Just as they did at NOLA Motorsports Park for the opening rounds of both the F4 United States Championship Powered by Honda and the FR Americas Championship Powered by Honda, Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport will be aiming for race wins and podium results in Wisconsin. After a sweep in the FR ranks with Ryan Shehan and Callum Hedge earning the opening weekend victories, the Texas-based effort will bring a total of twelve drivers to Road America across the two race programs.
With six drivers in FR Americas, Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport is at the head of both the Driver and Team Championship. Ryan Shehan will lead the team into Road America on the strength of his NOLA wins, while Callum Hedge sits second in the championship standings as he consistently improved his results in the opening weekend. Cooper Becklin will be back with Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport as he sits fourth in the championship point chase, just one position ahead of multi-time F4 race winner Bryson Morris. Manuel Roza and Kevin Janzen are sixth, seventh and eighth in the championship standings and will look to move forward with some solid results at Road America.
On the F4 side of the program, Patrick Woods-Toth earned three podium results and currently sits second in the driver’s title chase, as Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport has four drivers in the top-seven. With Woods-Toth second, Jesse Lacey sits third on the strength of a second-place finish during race two at NOLA while Lewis Hodgson and Titus Sherlock sit sixth and seventh. Completing the six-driver F4 and 12-driver Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport lineups are Alex Benavitz and PMH Diversity Driver Hannah Greenemeier, who are aiming for some solid points in the races ahead.
“We are continuing the season with another big and powerful lineup,” explained Teena Larsen. “We have heard it’s a freshly sealed track and a new challenge for our drivers to perform their best. I have no doubt that they will rise to the occasion.”
With an optional test session planned for Thursday afternoon and an additional one on Friday morning, official practice will begin Friday afternoon. Saturday will break way for qualifying and the first wheel-to-wheel racing of the weekend, with races two and three rolling off the grid on Sunday.
