I am writing this letter in regard to Ryan Shehan. Ryan is a member of our national karting program, Crosslink Competition. He is currently one of our junior drivers in the X30 class. In my 15 years of experience, I have met only a handful of drivers that have demonstrated a natural instinct to racing and Ryan has continuously exceeded my expectations.

Competing at the highest level in professional karting, Ryan has consistently placed within the Top 10 at the largest national races against 50+ of the best drivers in the world. He has proven to be a quick learner and highly skilled in absorbing and applying racing analytics. I believe his focus and maturity have allowed him to rapidly improve at every race. He accepts constructive criticism and flawlessly implements what he has learned. He is an excellent team member and is always willing to share his knowledge with less experienced drivers. Ryan has made great strides on our team, and I strongly believe his passion for racing and continuous desire to improve will allow him to take his racing career to a professional level.
